MP-ZNCSC Scales for non-clinging milled feed, premix, powdery material

Description

It is recommended for the bagging of milled products. It is capable of nett measurement as first it measures the weight
into a gauge tank then empties it into bags. Bagging scale equipped with two-nozzle auger feeder, measuring cell
and digital self-learning instrument. This high capacity equipment requires a large space for installation.

The net bagging scale is capable of the feeding and bagging of identical quantities of milled products that can be fed by way of an auger feeder.
Measuring instrument of the bagging scale type MPA-I carries out the counting of bags and summarizes quantities in two ways: one can be zeroed (daily form), the other cannot be zeroed.
The bagging scale can be manufactured with weighting limits between 5-20 kg or 10-50 kg. The scales operate based upon the same principle and they are similarily structured, however they differ from each other regarding auger feeders and the size of their charging hoses holding the bags.
Scale output is influenced by the characteristics of the produce to be fed (mass per volume, grain size etc.) and by bag weight to be filled.

Technical data

Bagging scale type MP-ZNCS is a so-called standard scale, indeed it is manufactured in a custom finish so that special installation requirements for the scale can also be met. The access board, the stand and the pre-storage unit are not part of the scale system but Metripond Plus Plc. also undertakes the manufacture of these units, under specific instructions and agreement.
In order to achieve sufficient output and accuracy the Customer needs to continuously ensure proper material quantity in the pre-storage.

We also undertake the manufacture of accessories necessary for bagging scales (bag conveyor belts, sewing machines and other carrying belts etc.)
