Description

The equipment is suitable for weighing identical dozes of various loose material and produce.

We offer three different solutions for filling and weighing of the big-bags. The units are structured as follows:

1. BIG-BAG filling with under weighing 
- A 1500x1500 mm platform scale is installed on the floor mounted with hooks for the big-bag loops and filling nozzle.
- Pneumatic, two-grade, gravity (whole produce) or auger filler (milled products) installed at the bottom of the pre-container (users), operated pneumatically or by engine.

2. BIG-BAG filling with suspended weighing
- The scale is installed on the bottom of the pre-container (users), on which the loops of the big-bag may be affixed.
- The suspended scale frame contains a filling nozzle on which the bag opening may be affixed.
- Pneumatic, two-grade, gravity (whole produce) or auger filler (milled products) installed at the bottom of a pre-container (users), operated pneumatically or by engine.

3. BIG-BAG filling with hopper scale
- Weighing hopper of 2 000-dm3 capacity is placed at the proper height.
- A pneumatic, two-grade, gravity (whole produce) or auger filler (milled products) is attached to the upper part of the weighing hopper, operated pneumatically or by engine.
- On the bottom of the weighing hopper is placed the pneumatic emptying unit – butterfly valve or arch lock.
- The frame structure serves to hold the big-bags with carrying the 4 hooks and the filling nozzle

The equipment is produced in unique design, so special customer requirements or sizes may be taken in consideration.

Technical data

Operation of the equipment requires an air supply (6-10 bar), power supply and a pre-container, which are provided by the Beneficiary.
